This post is inspired by my friend Brittnay who just lost all of history on her blog:( This has always been a scary thought for me. Blogging has turned out to be the only form of journaling I have been keeping up with. Recently I heard about www.blurb.com a place that will "slurp" (that's their words) your posts directly from your blog. From there you can create your own blog book. So far I have only completed 2006, I am still working on 2007. If you have ever made a book with shutterfly it is very similar.
